The Developmental Learning Center (DLC) is a faith-based special needs learning and childcare center nonprofit, where each child is taught at their own pace.

The Developmental Learning Center (DLC) [formerly known as DLC Nurse & Learn] provides childcare services, preschool, VPK, early intervention, PPEC, extended day programs, nursing care, onsite therapy services (physical, occupational and speech), developmental screening, summer care and low adult to child ratios for small group attention to individual goals for each child. We have classrooms for infants 6 weeks - 5-year-olds, including VPK for 4-year-olds. We also have after school-age programs and summer care for youth up to 22 years of age.

DLC serves children with Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Spina Bifida, Treacher Collins Syndrome, developmental delays, Fragile X Syndrome, cleft lip & palate, craniofacial disorders, Microcephaly, Autism, genetic disorders, seizure disorders, Congenital Heart Defects, HIE, g-tubes, catheters, apnea monitors and other special needs & medical complexities - are welcome at the Developmental Learning Center. DLC is also an inclusion center and serves a limited number of typical developing children.
